Only three ingredients are needed to make this healthy juice. Just add 2 handfuls of blueberries to lime and coconut water to make the perfect drink.

Blueberry, Lime and Coconut Water

Serves: 2

Prep time: 5mins

You’ll need:

  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • The juice of half a lime
  • Coconut water

What to do:

Put 2 big handfuls of blueberries into a blender or smoothie maker, add the juice of ½ a lime and top up with chilled coconut water. Whizz until smooth. Add a little more coconut water if it’s too thick.
